摘　　要：目的采用HPLC法检测复元胶囊中主要成分三七皂苷R1和淫羊藿苷的含量。方法取3个不同批次复元胶囊各5粒,经溶解、醇提、萃取、过滤等处理后采用HPLC检测其含量,以地高辛为内标,获得药品和内标曲线下面积之比,按照标准曲线计算出三七皂苷R1及淫羊藿苷的含量。结果计算出每粒复元胶囊中三七皂苷R1的含量为12.18 mg/g,淫羊藿苷的含量为54.65 mg/g。结论本实验HPLC方法可行,能准确检测复元胶囊中三七皂苷R1及淫羊藿苷的含量。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of notoginsenoside R1 and icariin in Fuyuan capsule.Methods 5 capsules from different batches of target medicine were detected by HPLC after dissolution,ethanol extraction,normal butanol extraction and filtration.Digoxin was as a interior label and the ratio of AUC targets/AUC digoxin were gotten.The contents were calculated by standard curve.Results The content of notoginsenoside Rl and icariin were 12.18 mg/g and 54.65 mg/g respectively.Conclusion The HPLC method in the study is feasible and the experiment data of contents are precise.
