摘　　要：检索国内外有关阿卡波糖的不良反应及处置措施的报道,对患者不良反应的临床表现、预后和转归进行总结分析。阿卡波糖可造成患者多个系统的不良反应,其中以胃肠道方面最为常见。临床治疗中应重视阿卡波糖不良反应的危害性,掌握其出现不良反应后的处置措施,确保患者的用药安全。The domestic and foreign reports of acarbose adverse reactions and disposal measures were retrieved,the clinical manifestations,prognosis and outcome of the patients were analyzed.Acarbose can cause multiple systems adverse reactions in patients,the common adverse reactions occur in gastrointestinal tract.The clinical staff should pay attention to the dangers of acarbose adverse reactions,and have an intimate knowledge of the disposal measures to ensure the safe drug use.
