论中国政府同亚洲开发银行在农村扶贫开发领域的合作问题

摘　　要：中国政府同亚洲开发银行在中国农村扶贫开发领域合作的内容方式是在贫困地区实施扶贫开发项目,对扶贫开发中的重大问题开展前瞻性研究,为贫困地区小额信贷机构提供支持,共建知识合作平台交流减贫经验;中国政府同亚洲开发银行在农村扶贫开发领域的合作对中国农村扶贫开发的政策、制度、机制、模式产生了重大影响;深化中国政府同亚洲开发银行在农村扶贫开发领域合作的思路方向是借鉴其先进的扶贫理念,推动其拓展对华业务,优化贷款结构,推进区域经济合作。The Chinese government cooperating with the Asian Development Bank in China＇s rural poverty alleviation includes implementing poverty alleviation projects,conducting prospective researches of the major issues in poverty alleviation,supporting the micro-financial institutions in poor areas,and building platform for exchanging experience and improving cooperation in poverty reduction. The cooperation has produced significant influences on the policy,institution,mechanism and the mode of poverty relief. How to further the cooperation needs learning from good experience of poverty alleviation,encouraging the expansion of business in China,optimizing the credit structure,and promoting regional economic cooperation.
