摘 要:目的 探讨血尿酸水平和空腹血糖受损与2型糖尿病的关系.方法 将2010年1月至2012年12月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院接受健康体检者2 044例根据空腹血糖水平分为空腹血糖正常组(空腹血糖< 5.6 mmol/L,1 384例)、空腹血糖受损组[空腹血糖(5.6~ 6.9) mmol/L,459例]和糖尿病组(空腹血糖≥7.0 mmol/L,201例).比较各组血尿酸水平.结果 与空腹血糖正常组比较,空腹血糖受损组和糖尿病组血尿酸水平明显升高[(327±89)、(304±83) mmol/L比(292±83) mmol/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).经校正多变量后,血尿酸水平与空腹血糖受损[比值比(OR)=1.05,95%置信区间(CI)为0.89 ~1.14,P<0.05]以及糖尿病(OR=1.03,95% CI=0.89 ~1.18,P<0.05)具有相关性.结论 空腹血糖受损和糖尿病人群血尿酸水平明显升高.血尿酸水平与空腹血糖受损和糖尿病具有相关性.Objective To investigate the relation between serum uric acid (SUA) level with impaired fasting glucose and type 2 diabetes. Methods Two thousand and forty four subjects were selected from healthy people receiving health examination in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People's Hospital from 2010 to 2012. The subjects were divided into normal fasting glucose group ( fasting glucose 〈 5.6 mmol/L, 1 384 cases) , IFG group (fasting glucose 5.6-6.9 mmol/L, 459 cases) , and type 2 diabetes group (fasting glucoses〉7.0mmol/L, 201 cases). Level of SUA were measured and compared among different groups. Results SUA of IFG [ (327 ± 89) mmol/Ll and diabetes group [ (304 ± 83 ) mmol/L] were both signifi- cantly higher than those of normal fasting glucose group [ (292 ± 83 ) mmol/L, P 〈 0.05 ‘. After multivariate adjustment, SUA was correlated with IFG ( OR = 1.05, 95% CI: 0. 89-1. 14, P 〈 0.05) and diabetes ( OR = 1.03, 95 % CI: 0. 89-1.18, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion In IFG and diabetic patients, SUA is signifi- cantly increased, which is correlated with IFG and diabetes.
