肺吸虫病金标渗滤试剂盒检测人、鼠斯氏狸殖吸虫抗体的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨斯氏狸殖吸虫病敏感性和特异性较好的免疫学诊断技术。方法采用金标渗滤法(DIGFA-kit)检测秦巴山区十堰市居民、实验大鼠和对照组感染旋毛虫大鼠、感染血吸虫兔、粪检确诊蛔虫病人和正常健康大鼠血清Ig G抗体。结果 DIGFA-kit检测十堰市居民和实验大鼠血清斯氏狸殖吸虫Ig G抗体的检出率分别为4.9%和97.6%。从第2周开始,实验大鼠即能测出抗体,第4-9周达高峰。对照组除1份血吸虫兔血清阳性外均为阴性。结论金标渗滤试法对斯氏狸殖吸虫病血清Ig G抗体的检测有较好的敏感性和特异性。Objective To explore a better immunologic diagnosis technology in detection of the Paragonimiasis skrjabini. Methods The DIGFA was used to test the anti-Paragonimiasis skrjabini antibody in sera from the crowd in popular area,experimental rats,and the rats infected with trichina,the rabbits infected with schistosoma japonicum,patients with ascaris,healthy rats in control group.Results The positive rats of the antibody in sera from crowd in popular area and infected rats all were 4. 9% and 97. 6%,respectively.The antibody was found at 2 week after infection in experimental rats,and the positive rate reached 90% at 4 week and lasted until week 9. The serum was negative for Paragonimiasis skrjabini in control group except one rabbit. Conclusion DIGFA has a high sensitivity and specificity for early diagnosis of paragonimiasis.
