摘　　要：总结了台湾休闲农业的发展及其经验,简要阐述了福建休闲农业的发展优势、不足及思路,并从台湾休闲农业发展特点分析了永安上坪生态旅游度假区开发存在的问题,据此提出借鉴台湾经验,采取加大宣传力度、改善经营管理、注重整体规划等措施发展永安上坪生态旅游度假区。This paper summarized the situations and the experiences of leisure agriculture in Taiwan, and described the development advantages and weaknesses of leisure agriculture in Fujian. From the development characteristics of leisure agriculture in Taiwan, this paper analyzed the existing problems of the exploitation of Shangping eco-tourism resort in Yong＇an county. Based on the analysis, this paper put forward the measures such as strengthening the propaganda, improving operating management, etc. to develop Shangping eco-tourism resort.
