摘  要:苏薯17号是从苏薯2号×南薯99的杂交组合后代中选出的一个淀粉加工用甘薯品种,该品种于2012年通过了国家甘薯品种鉴定委员会的鉴定。为探明该品种的特性及高产栽培生理,采用多点鉴定的方法对苏薯17号的生产力进行了鉴定,通过不同生育期的挖根调查和不同的肥料处理研究了苏薯17号的高产生理特性和栽培技术。多点鉴定结果表明:苏薯17号的平均鲜薯、薯干和淀粉产量分别比对照品种徐薯22增产13.80%、22.80%和25.34%,薯块平均干物率33.2%,抗根腐病和蔓割病,为优良的淀粉加工型甘薯品种。生理特性研究表明:苏薯17号全生育期的平均叶面积指数为2.12,与对照品种徐薯22相当,平均净同化率为5.45,比对照品种徐薯22高13.97%,苏薯17号块根干物质积累速率在生长后期显著高于徐薯22,生长60 d后的经济系数高于对照。由此表明苏薯17号为高净同化率型品种。栽培研究表明:鲜薯产量、茎叶产量、生物产量和薯干产量肥料处理间差异极显著,鲜薯产量不仅受氮、磷、钾的施用量影响,而且与氮、磷、钾配比有关,本试验中以氮、磷、钾肥的施用量分别为112.5,75,225 kg/hm2,氮、磷、钾配比为1.5∶1∶3时鲜薯产量最高。A new sweetpotato variety Sushu 17 with high starch content was developed from the progeny of a cross Sushu 2×Nanshu 99.It was identified by the National Sweetpotato New Varieties Appraisal Committee in2012.In order to find out the characteristics and high yielding physiology of Sushu 17,the method of multi-identification and investigation on plant in different growth stages were used respectively.High yield cultivation techniques were studied by different fertilizer treatments on the Sushu 17. Multi-identification showed that the average fresh root,dry matter and starch yield of Sushu 17 were higher than those of the control variety Xushu22,which increased by 13.80%,22.80% and 25.34% respectively.Sushu 17 was resistant to root rot and fusarium wilt,its dry matter content was 33.2%.Sushu 17 is a suitable variety for sweetpotato starch processing.The physiology characters of Sushu 17 were studied. The results demonstrated that the average leaf area index of Sushu 17 during the whole growth period was 2.12,similar to that of the control variety Xushu 22.The average net assimilation rate was 5.45,13.97% higher than that of Xushu 22.The dry matter accumulation rate of Sushu17 in the late growth stage was significantly higher than that of Xushu 22.The economic coefficient of Sushu17 was higher than that of the control 60 days after planting.Sushu 17 is a high net assimilation rate variety.The study on cultivation technology indicated that fertilizer had significant effect on the fresh root yield,vine yield,biology yield and dry matter yield of Sushu 17.The fresh root yield was affected not only by amount of N,P and K.but also by proportion of N,P and K.The highest root yield was obtained when 115.5 kg / hm2 N,75 kg / hm2P2O5,225 kg /hm2K2 O,and N ∶ P2O5∶ K2 O = 1.5∶1∶3 were applied in this experiment.
