摘  要:以薄壳山核桃和杂交狼尾草种子为材料,研究了薄壳山核桃种子对自身以及种壳浸提液、腐解液对杂交狼尾草萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,薄壳山核桃种子5 d和7 d浸提液对自身种子萌发达极显著水平;种壳浸提液、腐解液具有明显的化感效应,对杂交狼尾草幼苗生长抑制作用显著,且随处理液浓度增加而增强,但种子萌发对其化感作用不敏感;同时发现,种壳2 d、7 d浸提液和7 d腐解液对杂交狼尾草幼苗抑制作用无显著差异。Effects of pecan seed extract and shell extract and decomposition liquid on seed germination and seedling growth were investigated using seeds of Carya illinoensis‘Elliot'and Pennisetum Alopecuroides L.× P.americanum L..The results showed that the germination of the pecan seeds were significantly inhibited by the 5 day extract and 7 day extract of the pecan seeds.The shell extract and decomposition liquid demonstrated strongly allelopathic effect on the stem growth of the young seedlings of hybrid penisetum,and the inhibition effect was enhanced with increasing concentration. But the water extract and decomposition liquid of the pecan shell showed no inhibition on seed germination of hybrid penisetum.There was no significant difference in inhibition on seedling growth among the 2 day extract,7 day extract and 7 day decomposition liquid of the pecan shell.
