摘  要:本文以Owen型胞质雄性不育甜菜不育系及保持系叶片为实验材料,通过AFLP分子标记方法。对甜菜不育系及保持系基因组水平进行了差异基因分析,通过128对AFLP引物的筛选,从中找到7条特异性差异条带,3条与NCBI成功比对,剩下4条序列成功定位到甜菜核基因组染色体上。这些片段经进一步验证后可以作为甜菜Owen型不育系及保持系快速鉴定的依据,从而缩短育种年限。In this paper, Owen cytoplasmic male sterility lines DY5 male sterility lines and maintain lines beet leaves were used as experimental materials, we analysised the difference between male sterile line and maintainer line on the level of genome with AFLP, after selection with 128 pairs AFLP primers, finding 7 specific different bands, and 3 bands were successful comparsion to NCBI, the remaining 4 sequences successfully positioned on the sugar beet nuclear genome chromosomes. After further validated for these tags, they can used as an evidence for rapid identification which is male sterility line and which is maintain line, thus shortening the breeding period.
