摘  要:电力线载波通信具有即插即用、成本低廉等优势,是微型逆变器并网系统的理想通信方案.设计了电力线阻抗测量电路,实地测量分析了总并网功率为500 W的微型逆变器并网系统并网前与并网后的电力线信道阻抗特性.结果表明:微型逆变器并网系统对本地电力线载波通信信道阻抗特性产生影响.总并网功率为500 W时,在30~180kHz频段内,与微型逆变器并网系统并网前相比,并网后电力线信道电阻值减小了2~10Ω左右,感抗值减小了2~5Ω左右,阻抗模值减小了5Ω左右.此研究可为微型逆变器并网系统中电力线载波通信的信道阻抗匹配设计提供参考.Power line communication(PLC)is the ideal communication technology applied to micro-inverter grid-connecting system because of its advantages of low cost and plug-and-play.In this paper,a PLC impedance measurement circuit is designed and made firstly,then,it is used to measure the PLC impedance characteristic before and after micro inverters grid-connecting.The results show that the micro inverter grid-connecting system has effects on the PLC impedance characteristic.When the actual micro inverters grid-power is 500 W,the PLC resistance value is reduced by about 2~10Ωthe PLC inductive reactance value is reduced by about 2~5Ω and the impedance value is reduced by about 5Ω compared with the value before micro inverters gridconnecting in the band of 30~180kHz.this research provides important reference for designing and applying the low-voltage PLC to the low-voltage photovoltaic grid-connected system.
