摘 要:研究大豆总皂甙(TS)对运动力竭大鼠肝脏自由基代谢的影响.实验分为安静组、安静加药组、力竭组、力竭加药组.安静加药组和力竭加药组按照20 mg/kg体重经口腔给药,每日一次,持续2周.两周后力竭组和力竭加药组进行一次跑台力竭运动.动物力竭后迅速备取血,并取其肝脏制成10%匀浆.分光光度法测定血清GSH-Px、ALT以及肝脏SOD、CAT、MDA、GR、GSH、T-AOC.结果显示,与安静组相比,安静加药组SOD显著升高、GSH极显著升高、MDA显著降低;与力竭组相比,力竭加药组SOD、CAT、GSH-Px(血清)、GSH和T-AOC显著升高,MDA显著降低;与力竭组相比,力竭加药组运动时间延长20.62%;结论:TS能显著延长大鼠力竭运动时间,减轻自由基氧化损伤,提高肝脏抗氧能力.The effects of TS on the free radical metabolism of liver in exercised rats,were studied.All rats were divided into four groups:Control groups,TS groups,exhausted groups and TS exhausted groups.Drug treated groups were gavaged with TS of a dosage of 20mg/kg,once a day and lasted for two weeks.Two weeks later,exercised groups were trained to exhaustion on the treadmill.When exercise had done,10% liver homogenate of rats were made immediately.And SOD,CAT,MDA,GR,GSH,T-AOC in liver and GSH-Px,ALT in serum were measured by spectrophotometry.Compared with the control group,the SOD of TS group increased significantly,and the GSH increased very significantly,but MDA level decreased significantly;Compared with exhausted group,the SOD,CAT,GSH-Px,GSH,T-AOC and exercise time of TS exhausted group increased significantly,but MDA decreased significantly.These results indicated that TS can significantly improve antioxidant capacity of liver in exercise exhaustive rats and improve the exercise ability of rats.
