特重烧伤病人应用心理干预的治疗体会

摘　　要：目的探讨特重烧伤患者进行心理干预的临床疗效并总结经验。方法选取我院2009年1月至2014年4月收治的75例特重烧伤患者的资料,根据患者治疗各个时期心态的变化,治疗特重烧伤的同时,针对性进行心理干预治疗,了解患者的心理需求,在治疗特重烧伤的同时进行心理干预,使患者尽早康复出院。结果 75例特重烧伤患者在经过临床系统治疗,并进行针对性心理干预后,患者均能正确对待病情,缩短住院的时间,在以后的工作生活中树立信心。结论对特重烧伤患者进行针对性心理干预,能够缓解患者的心理压力,积极乐观的态度面对治疗及预后,便于推广。Objective To study the curative effect of psychological intervention for special severe burn patients. Methods Selected 75 eases of special severe patient information in our hospital from January 2009 to April 2014, according to the treatment of patients with various periods mentality change, treat burn with the heavy targeted psychological intervention, investigated the patients＇psychological demand, to make the patient recover as soon as possible. Results 75 special severe burn patients after psychological treatment, clinical system and targeted psychological intervention, could correctly handle the illness, shorten hospitalization time, build up confidence in the later work and life. Conclusions Targeted psychological intervention in special severe burn patients can alleviate the psychological pressure of patients, make the patients have a positive and optimistic attitude in the face of treatment and prognosis, which is easy to popularize.
