摘  要:针对在发电量自动控制(Automatic Generation Control,AGC)方式下运行的600 MW控制循环锅炉(汽包带有夹层结构)负荷变化频繁,寿命损耗较快的问题,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件前处理功能简化并建立了带夹层结构的汽包的三维有限元模型;提出将汽包筒体分为上、中、下三个部分,并分别给予内壁不同的换热系数,利用ANSYS后处理功能计算在变负荷运行过程中汽包筒体的应力分布,对比纯滑压和定-滑-定两种运行方式下的汽包筒体热应力和总应力分布特点,总结锅炉升/降负荷过程热应力对总应力的影响,为电厂制定运行策略及锅炉寿命评估提供基础。For the 600 MW controlled circulation boiler that on AGC conditions,using ANSYS finite element analysis software pre-processing functions to simplify and established a three-dimensional finite element model of the steam drum with sandwich structure; proposed divided the drum cylinder into upper, middle, and lower parts and were given different inner wall heat transfer coefficient,using after processing of ANSYS to calculated stress distribution in the drum cylinder during operation at variable load, compared to thermal stress and total stress distribution characteristics between pure sliding pressure and constant-slip-constant pressure operation modes, summarized affecting the thermal stress on the total stress under the boiler up / down load, develop strategies for running the plant and provide the basis for the assessment of boiler life.
