摘　　要：东北地区是解放战争时期中国共产党的重要根据地之一,是中国共产党率先取得军事胜利的地区。中国共产党能够最早在东北取得胜利是内外因综合作用的结果,既有国民党统治失误的原因,也有美苏对华政策的影响,但最为重要的原因却是中国共产党在东北地区制定和实施了灵活、正确的战略策略,通过高度重视东北战略地位、及时进行清剿土匪斗争、积极开展土地改革运动、主动进行整党整军运动,获得了人民群众的广泛支持。Northeastern Area of China is one of the important bases of the Chinese Communist Party during the Liberation War,the Chinese Communist Party＇s first military victory area.The reason why the Chinese Communist Party can win the earliest in the Northeast is the combined effects of internal and external causes,which are not only the ruling failure of the Kuomintang,but also the effect of the US and USSR＇s policy towards China.However,the most important reason is flexible and correct strategy and tactics that was formulated and implemented by the Communist Party of China in the Northeast,namely the Chinese Communist Party won the broad support of the masses by attaching great importance to the Northeast＇s strategic position,wiping out the bandits struggle,carrying out Land Reform Movement actively,rectifying initiatively in the army and the entire Party.
