摘　　要：迄今为止,国内外有关对外直接区位选择的理论研究较分散,有些对外直接投资区位选择理论是主流投资理论的附属品,尚未形成完整的、独立的理论体系。事实上,区位选择在一定程度上关系到跨国公司对外直接投资质量的优劣,跨国公司开展对外直接投资应重视区位选择问题,有关跨国公司对外直接投资区位选择的理论还需要进一步丰富和完善。笔者在介绍有关跨国公司对外直接投资区位选择的传统理论的基础之上,追踪相关理论的研究进展,对现有理论进行评价和展望。Until now,theories of multinational corporations outward direct investment location choice are quite isolate, and usually belong to the theories of outward direct investment. In fact,location choice of OFDI play an important role on the quality of OFDI. Multinational corporations should pay attention to the location choice of OFDI. The relative theories need to be completed. This thesis introduces the traditional theories about location choice of OFDI, chases the present new theories and give comment and prospect about the theories of OFDI location choice.
