美国高等教育成本分担的发展与启示

摘　　要：美国发达的高等教育与其完善的教育成本分担制度密切相关,这一制度的发展与完善历经了"孕育雏形期—基本定形期—拓展与行政加强期—修正调整期—合作超越期"等不同阶段。成本分担已经成为美国高等教育健康可持续发展的重要财政保障。笔者从历史的角度,系统研究了美国高等教育成本分担的历史发展过程,并由此提出了对中国实施教育成本分担的启示。Developed higher education in the United States is inseparable with its perfect education cost-sharing system.The development of this system went through several stages,such as＂pregnant stage embryo-basic shapes-expand cooperation with administrative strengthening phase-fixed adjustment-beyond the period＂.Cost sharing has become the important health financial security.Cost sharing has become the important financial security for the sustainable development of higher education in the United States.From the perspective of history,this article systematically studies the historical development of American higher education cost sharing,and thus puts forward the enlightenment to China＇s education cost-sharing.
