妇女角色冲突影响因素的回归分析——基于“第三期中国妇女社会地位调查”

摘　　要：本研究数据来自于第三期中国妇女地位调查的吉林省数据库,数据显示当代妇女角色冲突问题凸显,成为阻碍妇女发展的主要障碍。笔者试图对妇女角色冲突的影响因素进行探究,在综合以往妇女角色冲突研究的基础上构建研究假设,建立逻辑回归和线性回归模型进行实证检验。研究发现,当前妇女角色冲突的最主要影响因素为传统性别意识、工作满意度、家庭分工体制和心理心态健康水平,修正社会价值评价个人价值的一元评价体系后,针对不同倾向型妇女提出缓解冲突的针对性对策。The research data is from the 3rd Chinese women＇s survey of social status of Jilin province.We found that the role conflict is highlighted and resulted in the obstacles of women＇s development.Accordingly,we try to find the influence factors.Based on the research status of the influential factors and the needs of this research,build the assumptions and binary logistical and multi factor line regression model to establish an empirical test,and we found the most important factors are Gender Consciousness,Mental Health,Job Satisfaction and the existing system of the Domestic Division of Labour,at last,we change the one-dimension of value and proposed mitigation measures about the role conflicts of women who have different tendencies.
