摘　　要：设计和分析了一种60 GHz脉冲发生器。首先利用共面波导和阶跃恢复二极管(SRD)产生了一种超宽带脉冲,然后利用频谱搬移法,便可以获得60 GHz脉冲。其中,利用ADS软件对阶跃恢复二极管进行建模,并用其进行脉冲发生器的设计仿真。仿真结果显示,超宽带脉冲信号脉宽为100 ps,幅度为2.4 V;60 GHz脉冲持续时间为60ps,其中心频率在60 GHz附近。A 60GHz pulse generator with good performance is designed in this paper. Firstly, using step recovery diode （SRD） and coplanar waveguide, an ultra-wide band pulse is designed. Then, based on the frequency shifting method, a 60GHz pulse is got in the output. A SRD model, which is used to simulate the pulse generator, is established by an existing radio frequency software ADS, and the pulse generator is designed and simulated by the model. The simulation results show that the uhra-wideband pulse is 100 ps with 2.4 V peak-to-peak amplitude; The length of 60 GHz pulse is 60 ps and the center frequency is in the vieinity of 60 GHz.
