摘 要:针对湖泊群整治中引水活水方案实施前均需对各方案进行可行性分析,建立一种基于AHP层次分析方法的综合评价方法(ESLI),可以对包含水质改善指标、水动力学指标、经济指标和感观指标等多目标、多层次的湖泊群引水方案进行综合评价,并将ESLI方法用于福州市西湖左海湖泊群水质改善的方案优选中,为设计与决策提供相对较优的方案集.Considering the fact that,before the implementation of water diversion schemes for lake group regulation,feasibility analysis should be carried out for each scheme,this paper attempts to establish a comprehensive evaluation method referred as " ESLI",which is based on Analytic Hierarchy Process( AHP). It can comprehensively evaluate the multi- objective and multi- hierarchy scheme for lake group water diversion. Indicators could include water quality improvement effect indicators,ecological dynamics indicators,economic indicators and sensory indicators. Moreover,this paper applies ESLI method to the optimal selection of schemes for water quality improvement of lake group of Xihu and Zuohai in Fuzhou city,which provides a relatively preferable scheme set for design and decision- making.
