摘 要:连续油管技术以其独有的特性被广泛应用在海洋油气工程的各个领域。由于连续油管刚度较小,且海洋环境复杂,在下入海洋立管过程中容易引起海洋油气管道的事故。因此需要对连续油管在海洋立管中的力学传递特性进行研究,以保障作业的安全性和可靠性。通过Abaqus软件建立连续油管下入海洋垂直立管的有限元模型,分别进行了海洋立管在固定边界和浮动边界下连续油管注入过程的模拟。分析结果表明:在同等条件下,海洋立管在固定条件下,连续油管的轴向载荷大于同等位置时海洋立管在浮动条件下的连续油管轴向载荷;当注入力超过2倍螺旋屈曲临界载荷时,海洋立管在固定边界条件下,连续油管轴向载荷传递效率高于海洋立管在浮动边界条件下连续油管轴向载荷的传递效率。Because of its special feature,Coiled tubing technology is widely used in various areas in marine oil and gas engineering.However,because the rigidity is small,and the marine environment is complex,it is likely for coiled tubing and the marine pipelines to damage and cause accidents.Therefore,it is necessary for us to study the axial load transfer characteristics of coiled tubing in the marine riser,in order to ensure safety operations.In this paper,through Abaqus,the finite element model of coiled tubing down into the marine riser under the fixed boundary and unfixed boundary is established.The analysis results indicate that under the same condition,the marine riser under the fixed boundary,the axial load of the coiled tubing is greater than that of the marine riser under the unfixed boundary condition at the same position.In fixed boundary condition,the injection force is twice greater than the helical buckling critical load,and coiled tubing axial load transfer efficiency is higher than that in unfixed boundary condition.
