摘 要:稠油黏度大,流动性差,对温度敏感性强,给石油开采带来了一定的难度。中海油在刚果(布)的海上稠油油田Huate Mer A水深1 050m,该油田在海底泥线处的海水平均温度为6℃,根据试验测定的黏温曲线得知,该处稠油黏度达到了16 650mPa·s,流动性很差。根据该油田探井完井试油的要求,建立了从储层到水面的井筒温度分布模型;分析了油井产量、保温油管型号、电加热功率以及保温油管和电加热复合使用时对稠油温度的影响,并确定了最佳加热深度。结果表明:不同的油井产量对稠油沿井筒温度的分布几乎没有影响,单一的使用保温油管或者电加热对稠油的升温降黏作用有限,采用保温油管-电缆加热的复合降黏技术对稠油的升温降黏有着显著的作用。本油田是我国首次开发的国外深水稠油油田,为深水稠油油田的降黏工艺的设计提供了参考。Heavy oil is viscosity,poor mobility and sensitivity to temperature,which bring certain difficulty for producing.The water depth of Huate Mer A heavy oil reservoir reaches 1050 m,which is a deepwater reservoir.And its mud line average temperature is 6 ℃,where the viscosity of the oil reaches 16 650mPa·s,so it makes the oil flow difficultly in the tube.In order to solve this problem,we the relevant tube temperature distribution model is established to analyze the influence of well yield,insulating oil tube,power of electricity heater and the composite measures.The results show that the change of the well yield almost has no effect to the oil temperature distribution.And the viscosity breaking effect is limited to only use the insulating tube or electricity heating,but the viscosity breaking effect is prominent to use the composite measures.Finally,the optimal heating depth for the composite measures is calculated.Considering Huate Mer A that is the first deepwater heavy oil reservoir explored by China,it will provide reference for the craft of viscosity breaking in the deepwater heavy oil fields.
