寒喘宁口服液对实验性哮喘豚鼠血清炎性介质的影响

摘  要:目的观察寒喘宁口服液对支气管哮喘豚鼠血清中神经源性气道炎性介质P物质(SP)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、白三烯B4(LTB4)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)的影响,探讨其平喘机理。方法选50只体重为250-300 g的雄性幼龄豚鼠,通过随机数字表法分成正常对照组、地塞米松组、哮喘模型组、中药大剂量组、中药小剂量组,每组各10只。造模后各组按要求用药,测定血清中SP、TXB2、LTB4、6-keto-PGF1α的含量。结果哮喘模型组与正常对照组比较,SP、TXB2、LTB4均显著升高(P<0.01),6-keto-PGF1α显著降低(P<0.01);与哮喘模型组比较,各治疗组SP、TXB2、LTB4均降低或显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),6-keto-PGF1α升高或显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论寒喘宁口服液平喘的机制之一可能是影响实验性哮喘豚鼠血清中炎性介质的含量,使SP、TXB2、LTB4均降低,使6-keto-PGF1α升高。Objective To observe the effects of Han Chuan Ning oral liquid on the serum inflammatory mediators of neurogenic airway as SP,TXB2,LTB4 and 6- keto- PGF1α and explore its mechanisms of relieving asthma. Methods The 50 young male guinea pigs weighed from 250 g to 300 g were divided into normal control group,dexamethasone( DXM) group,asthma model group,heavy and light doses of Chinese medicine groups with 10 cases in each. The SP,TXB2,LTB4 and 6- keto- PGF1α contents were determined after the models established and perfused with medicines according to the demands. Results The SP,TXB2 and LTB4 contents markedly increased( P〈 0. 01) and 6- keto- PGF1 αdecreased significantly( P〈 0. 01) in asthma model group,compared with normal control group. Compared with asthma model group,in the treatment groups all the SP,TXB2 and LTB4 contents decreased or significantly decreased( P 〈0. 05 or P〈 0. 01),6- keto- PGF1α increased or markedly increased( P 〈0. 05 or P〈 0. 01). Conclusion One of the asthma- relieving mechanisms for Han Chuan Ning oral liquid may be associated with its influence over the contents of serum inflammatory mediators to decrease SP,TXB2 and LTB4 levels and increase the levels of 6- keto- PGF1α.
