摘　　要：技术的碳量减排效应形成其碳资产属性,本文提出了技术碳资产的概念和属性;进而提出技术碳资产定价模型,并对影响碳资产价值的因素进行灵敏度分析。针对航天煤气化炉的案例分析说明了技术碳资产定价模型的稳健性,蒙特卡洛仿真表明碳汇价格对碳资产价值的影响显著大于企业产量波动对碳资产价值的影响。因此,发展有效的碳汇交易市场机制是技术碳资产定价的前提。Technology＇s carbon emission reduction generates its carbon asset attributes. The paper puts forward the concert and attributes of carbon assets, derives the pricing model for technology＇ s carbon assets, and makes sensitivity analysis of factors which affect the carbon assets value. Applying to the case of astronautics coal gasifier shows the robustness of the pricing model, which also reveals that the impact of carbon sink prices to carbon assets of the technology is significantly greater than that of the output volatility by Mont Color simulation. Therefore, developing the effective carbon sink trade mechanism is one of the preconditions.
