摘　　要：福建省经济、社会发展转型时期面临着巨大的环境和资源压力,绿色经济成为福建GSE系统协调发展的最佳选择。文章论述了GSE系统及福建省GSE系统发展的现状,并对福建省在经济、社会、环境及系统本身存在的问题及面临的机遇与挑战进行了分析,进而从政府机制、市场机制、道德机制、生态机制四大机制出发,建议推动机制体制创新,全面统筹规划,优化产业结构,引导绿色生产消费,优化"三驾马车",加强城市群建设,以促进福建省GSE系统的可持续发展。During the transition period of economic and social development,Fujian Province faces enormous pressure on the environment and resources,Green Economy has become the best choice for the coordinated development of Fujian GSE systems. The article discusses the GSE system and the status of the development of GSE Systems in Fujian Province,and analyzed the problem in economy,society,environment,the system itself and the opportunities and challenges of Fujian province. Then from the four mechanisms about government,market,moral,ecological,proposed to promote the system innovation,plan overall,optimize the industrial structure,guide the green consumption,Optimize ＂Troika＂,strengthen the construction of the Urban Agglomeration,in order to promote the sustainable development of the GSE system of Fujian province.
