摘　　要：目的观察清瘟败毒饮保留灌肠与药物联合治疗小儿肺炎的疗效。方法将85例患儿随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组43例,试验组42例。对照组患儿给予常规治疗和护理,试验组在此基础上加用清瘟败毒饮加减保留灌肠,并加强护理。结果试验组有效率、护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用清瘟败毒饮保留灌肠及优质护理,可显著提高疗效与护理服务满意度。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of retention enema with Qing Wen Bau Du tablets combined with medication on children with pneumonia. Methods： The 85 infant patients were randomized into control group with 43 cases and experiment group with 42 cases. The conventional treatment and nursing were administered to the cases of control group while enema with the modified Qing Wen Bau Du tablets was added to the cases of experiment group with intensive nursing. Results： The effective rates and patients satisfaction of experiment group were all higher than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Besides the conventional treatment,the retention enema with Qing Wen Bau Du tablets and superior nursing can significantly improve the effects and nursing service satisfaction.
