摘 要:目的通过观察寒喘宁口服液对实验性哮喘豚鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BLAF)中γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白介素4(IL-4)水平的影响,探讨寒喘宁口服液对实验性哮喘豚鼠的治疗作用。方法选50只体重为250 g-300 g的雄性幼龄豚鼠,通过随机数字表法分成正常对照组、地塞米松组、哮喘模型组、中药大剂量组、中药小剂量组5组,每组各10只。造模后各组按要求罐药,测定BLAF中IFN-γ和IL-4的含量。结果哮喘模型组与正常对照组比较IFN-γ显著降低(P<0.01),IL-4显著升高(P<0.01)。与哮喘模型组比较,地塞米松组、中药大剂量组、中药小剂量组IFN-γ水平显著升高(P<0.01),IL-4显著降低(P<0.01)。结论寒喘宁口服液能升高实验性哮喘豚鼠BLAF中IFN-γ的水平和降低IL-4的水平,寒喘宁口服液可能是治疗儿童支气管哮喘的有效药物。Objective: To investigate the therapeutic function of Han Chuan Ning oral liquid for experimental guinea pig with asthma by observing its influence over the IFN- γ and IL- 4 levels in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid( BALF).Methods: By the method of random numbers table,the 50 young male guinea pigs from 250 g to 300 g were divided into normal control group,dexamethasone( DXM) group,asthma model group,heavy and light doses of Chinese medicine groups with 10 cases in each. The IFN- γ and IL- 4 levels in BALF were determined after the models established and perfused with medicines according to the demands. Results: The IFN- γ levels markedly decreased( P〈0. 01) and IL- 4 increased significantly( P〈0. 01) in asthma model group,compared with normal control group. Compared with asthma model group,the IFN- γ levels markedly increased( P〈0. 01) and IL- 4 decreased significantly( P〈0. 01) in DXM group,heavy and light dose groups of Chinese medicine. Conclusion: Han Chuan Ning oral liquid can elevate IFN-γ levels and reduce IL- 4 levels in BALF of experimental guinea pigs,which indicate that it is a effective medicine for children bronchial asthma.
