基于银医卡的门诊支付应用分析与设计

摘　　要：目的:探索银医卡缴费模式,优化门诊缴费的支付过程,为提升门诊服务品质提供参考。方法:分析现行银医一卡通应用模式中存在的突出问题,并提出优化解决方案。结果:加快银医卡的应用推广,提高门诊缴费效率,促进支付模式转型与就医流程优化。结论:应用银医一卡通是提升医疗业务运作效率的有效手段,但其应用模式还需在实践中持续改进。Objective：Explore the payment mode about bank-hospital card,optimize the outpatient payment and give reference on improving the quality of outpatient service.Methods：Analysis of the existing problems of the application mode about bank—hospital card,and put forward the optimization solutions.Results：Accelerate the application on bank—hospital card and improve the efficiency of the outpatient payment,transform payment mode and promote the medical process optimization.Conclusion：Application of bank—hospital card is an effective means to enhance the operational efficiency of medical service,but its application mode still need continuous improve in practice.
