步长稳心颗粒联合普罗帕酮治疗小儿频发性早搏的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨步长稳心颗粒联合普罗帕酮治疗小儿频发性早搏的临床疗效。方法收集2010年1月至2013年7月我院收治的116例频发室性早搏患儿资料为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各58例。观察组患儿给予步长稳心颗粒联合普罗帕酮治疗,对照组患儿单独采用普罗帕酮治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患儿总有效率为91.4%,明显优于对照组的79.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论步长稳心颗粒联合普罗帕酮治疗小儿室性早搏临床疗效明显。Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Buchangwenxin Granules Combined with propafenone in treatment of children with frequent premature ventricular contractions.Methods From 2010 January to 2013 July in our hospital 116 cases of children with frequent ventricular premature beat as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 58 cases.The observation group were given Wenxinkeli combined with propafenone in the treatment,the control group were individual y by using propafenone treatment,compared two groups of curative effect.Results The observation group with total effective rate was 91.4%, significantly better than the control group 79.3%,the difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Buchang Wenxin Granule Combined with propafenone in treatment of children with ventricular premature beat.
