喷他佐辛治疗剖宫术寒战产妇的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨喷他佐辛治疗剖宫术寒战产妇的临床疗效。方法收集我院剖宫术中发生寒战的90例产妇资料,将产妇随机分为A、B、C 3组,各30例,A组产妇给予静脉滴注0.9%氯化钠注射液10 ml,B组产妇在寒战发生后静脉滴注喷他佐辛0.2 mg/kg,C组产妇在寒战发生后静脉滴注喷他佐辛0.3 mg/kg。结果 3组产妇用药前寒战评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B、C两组产妇用药后10 min,寒战均得到有效控制,用药后寒战评分明显优于用药前,且均优于A组产妇的寒战评分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);3组产妇均未有呼吸抑制、恶心呕吐发生。结论产妇在腰-硬麻醉静脉滴注喷他佐辛0.2 mg/kg或0.3 mg/kg均可抑制剖宫术中寒战反应的发生,但0.3 mg/kg为最佳剂量,不良反应少,且复发率低。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of pentazocine treatment in cesarean section parturients chil s.Methods Col ection the shivering occurred in our hospital in cesarean section parturients in 90 casesdata, were randomly divided into A,B,C3 group,30 cases each,A group of maternal intravenous drip of 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection 10ml,B group of women in the shivering occurred after intravenous injection of pentazocine 0.2 mg/kg,group C maternal vein in thought after infusion of pentazocine 0.3 mg/kg.Results The 3 groups of mothers before medication chil s scores were compared,no significant difference（P〉0.05）;B,C two groups of mothers after 10 min, chil s were effectively control ed,the shivering after medication was significantly better than that before treatment,and are superior to group A maternal chil s score,the difference was statistical y significant（P〈0.05）;the 3 groups of mothers were no respiratory depression,nausea and vomiting occurred.Conclusion Mothers in the spinal epidural anesthesia intravenous pentazocine 0.2 mg/kg or 0.3 mg/kg inhibited the caesarean operation shiver reaction,but the 0.3 mg/kg was the optimal dose,less adverse reaction,and the recurrence rate is low.
