农民养老风险、策略与期望的代际差异

摘　　要：文章基于全国10个省份1032位农民的调查数据,利用交互分析、卡方检验和单因素方差分析方法,实证分析农民养老风险、策略与期望的代际差异。研究表明,农民养老风险并不非常突出,但代际差异明显;农民养老策略,形成了一种以独立养老为主、以家庭养老为基础、以社会养老为补充的"福利三角"框架,从20世纪50年代到80年代,农民独立养老意识逐渐增强,社会养老保险正在被农民所接受,家庭养老在农民养老策略中处于基础和稳定地位;在面临养老困境时,农民依然把最大的期望寄托在子女身上,但其权利意识和法律意识正在觉醒。Based on one thousand families' survey data coming from Chinese ten provinces in 2009,The paper analyzed the intergenerational differences of the risks,strategies and expectations of farmers' oldage care by transactional analysis method,chi-square test and One-Way ANOVA. The results show that the risk of farmers' old-age care is not serious,but its intergenerational differences are remarkable. The tactics for farmers' old-age care have formed one welfare triangle framework including depending on oneself,depending on children and depending on social security system. From 50 s to 80 s,farmer's independent endowment consciousness gradually enhanced,Rural endowment insurance as a kind of formal institutional arrangements are acceptable to farmers,Family endowment in farmers' endowment strategy system is located in a foundation and stable position. The Farmer put greatest hope on their children when they face pension plight,but their rights consciousness and legal consciousness is awakening.
