摘　　要：渔业产业是浙江省海洋经济的基础产业。本文分析了浙江省渔业转型升级的内涵,明确渔业升级的目标,探索升级的技术路径,重点关注渔业综合效益提升、产业技术及效率改进、产业链附加值提升及链条完善,并从渔业组织模式引导、产业支持体系建设和财税政策方面提出具体的政策建议。The fisheries industry is a basic industry of the marine economy of Zhejiang Province. Zhejiang fishery industry development is still not out of the extensive mode of expansion of production scale and a large number of consumption of natural resources. Constraints in the recession of resources and environment deterioration,we need to change the fisheries development mode and enhance the value chain. From the aim of upgrading the fishery technology,we must focus on enhancing the comprehensive benefits,industrial technology and industrial chain efficiency to enhance the value added,and puts forward policy suggestions.
