摘  要:以球形前驱体Mn0.6Ni0.2(OH)1.6及碳酸锂为原料,通过高温固相法合成富锂锰基正极材料Li1.2Mn0.6Ni0.2O2。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对不同锂盐用量条件下得到的Li1.2Mn0.6Ni0.2O2的结构和形貌进行了表征,并对其进行了电化学性能测试。结果表明:当锂盐用量过量4%时,合成的Li1.2Mn0.6Ni0.2O2的晶体结构最完整、球形形貌更规则、电化学性能优异。在0.2 C和1.0 C下首次放电比容量可达250.7、235.2 m A·h/g;1.0 C下循环50次后,容量保持率为86.86%。Manganese enriched cathode material Li1.2Mn0.6Ni0.2O2 was synthesized by high temperature solid state method using Li2CO3 and spheroidal precursor-Mn0.6Ni0.2(OH)1.6 as raw materials.The structures and morphologies of products were charac- terized by XRD and SEM.Their electrochemical performances were also investigated.Results showed that when the lithium salt dosage was excess of 4% ,the synthesized Li1.2Mn0.6Ni0.2O2 presented the most complete crystal structure ,the most perfect spherical shape and showed excellent electrochemical performance.The initial discharge capacity reached 250.7 mA. h/g and 235.2 mA .h/g at the rates of 0.2 C and 1.0 C,respectively.The capacity retention at 1.0 C was 86.86% after 50 charge/dis- charge cycles.
