摘　　要：城镇化和新农村建设是我国经济发展的重大战略。现有研究主要集中在城镇化与新农村建设的基本内涵及关联性、二者协调发展的制约因素、关键问题、发展路径及趋势。未来的研究除要继续探讨城镇化与新农村建设协调发展的可实施路径研究外,还应关注城乡二元结构转型的理论规范及定量分析,并进一步拓展其分析方法和实证范围。Urbanization and new rural construction is the important strategy of economic development in our country. Existing research mainly focus on the basic connotation and correlation of urbanization and new rural construction, the key factors of coordinated development, key problems, the path and trends of development. In addition to continuing to discuss the actionable solutions of urbanization and new rural construction coordinated development, future research also should pay attention to the theory specification and quantitative analysis of urban and rural dual structure transformation, and further expand the analysis method and empirical scope.
