摘　　要：介绍了粘土砂混砂机可靠性的基本概念、试验原则及混砂机带载可靠性考核平台的建设。带载考核平台能够对混砂机进行可靠性研究,为企业提供可靠性试验方法,使企业在产品可靠性提高方面有统一的理论依据。The basic concept and test principle of reliability of green sand mixers in this paper, which construction of the platform for on load reliability assessment test have been introduced. Through the platform to proceed reliability assessment test of the green sand mixers,by using which could provide reliability test method and experimental data for enterprise and make it has the unified theoretical basis in the field of improving product reliability.
