摘  要:通过长期的生产实践探索,成功解决了炉铸区LPG系统设计缺陷制约SCR连铸连轧铜杆生产线的技术"瓶颈"及同类型生产线熔铸的"核心"问题。针对该LPG系统持续进行技术装备设计创新、运行优化及关键技术研究,竖炉"卡炉"、烧嘴"回火"现象大幅减少,铜液温度稳定,氧含量波动小,竖炉损耗小、炉龄长,成本能耗水平高,完全能满足国内外客户对高端铜细线及超微线的特殊需求,对国内外同行业具有良好的推广前景和应用价值。Through a long-term production practice exploration, successfully solved the LPG system designflaws of Casting furnace area, which restricts the SCR continuous casting and rolling of copper rod productionline technology "bottleneck" and "core" of the same kind of fused casting production line problem. In continuousinnovation of the technology and equipment design and operation optimization and key technology research for theLPG system, Shaft fumace "Card furnace" and burner "tempering" phenomenon dropped sharply, Copper liquidtemperature has steady and content fluctuation has lower oxygen. The shaft furnace has low loss at the furnacelifetime. The level of cost of energy consumption is high. It can fulfill the demand of the domestic and foreigncustomers for high-end copper thin lines and the specific requirements of the superfine line. It has good promotionprospect and application value in the same industry at home and abroad.
