摘　　要：结合工程实际,介绍了采用包含混凝与回流的水解酸化—好氧接触氧化工艺来处理铸钢件清砂及湿法除尘废水的工程设计实例,运行结果表明,该工艺能够有效处理铸钢件清砂及湿法除尘废水,出水水质达到《GB8978—1996污水综合排放标准》三级标准及集团内部要求(COD排放最高浓度不超过50.00 mg/L),回用污水达到水力清砂高压水枪用水要求。The engineering design example of Coagulation and backflow of hydrolysis acidification-aerobiccontact oxidation process to deal with the combination of steel castings sand cleaning and wet dust wastewaterhave been reviewed. Results showed that the wastewater can be treated by the system effectively. The effluent metthe standard of wastewater discharge and internal requirements of enterprises, the reused sewage reached waterrequirements of hydraulic sand cleaning gun.
