摘　　要：目的:探讨整体素质培训模式在军队人员门诊护士培训中的实践运用。方法:根据军人门诊的护理特点及现状,制定培训计划,采取集中授课、一对一培训、每日总结以及每月质量分析等一系列方式,对军人门诊的18名护士进行为期一个月的规范化培训。结果:培训结束后护士各项考核成绩较前明显提高,护士的自我认同感明显增强,工作积极性、主动性明显提高。结论:实践表明整体培训能够提高护士的综合素质,达到了技术精湛,应变力强,巩固护理理论的目的,对诊区工作起到积极推动作用。Objective： To evaluate the effect of integrated quality training mode in the military outpatient nurse training. Methods： According to the characteristics and current situation of military outpatient nursing, the training plan was made and centralized instruction was taken with one on one training, daily summary and monthly quality analysis. Standardized training for one month in 18 nurses in outpatient department was performed. Results： After the training, the examination results of nurses increased evidently. The nurse self-identity was obviously enhanced. The work enthusiasm, the initiative was obviously improved. Conclusion： The practice proves that the integrated quality training mode could help to improve the integrated quality of nurses and achieve the goal of improving technical skills, the strain capacity and nursing theory capacity. It is helpful to promote clinic work.
