摘 要:在聚丙烯纺黏非织造布生产过程中,基于成本和性能调整目的,会加入一定的碳酸钙形成共混体系,而快速有效的检测碳酸钙的含量,对该类共混体系性能评判和指导实际使用具有重要的意义。本文通过制备不同碳酸钙含量的PP/Ca CO3共混体系测试样品,并用灼烧法、密度天平法测量样品中Ca CO3的含量,比较两种测定方法各自的优缺点及实用性。During the manufacturing of polypropylene nonwovens, calcium carbonate has been added to polypropylene matrix to reduce costs and enhance the properties of the composites. Therefore, how to quickly determine the content of calcium carbonate in the composites is became every important because it could provide some useful information to judge the materials properties and guide the practical application.In this paper, we have prepared several PP/ Ca CO3 composites containing different calcium carbonates,and used two test methods, burning test and density balance test, to determine the content of calcium carbonate, the difference and advantage in practicability between the two kinds of test were also discussed.
