摘　　要：物联网作为创新技术,在各行业都得到了广泛和深入的应用,市场空间广阔。国外运营商物联网发展实践较为领先,积累了丰富的经验。国内随着物联网产业环境的逐步完善,三大运营商加快了物联网在业务、平台和网络方面的布局,但也面临着核心能力、应用发展与产业合作等方面的诸多挑战。在总结国内外运营商发展实践的基础上,分析国内运营商物联网现状及挑战,提出了运营商推动物联网快速、规模化发展的策略建议。IOT as an innovative technology have been in extensive and in-depth applications, the market is vast. Foreign operators develop more leading practice, has accumulated a wealth of experience. With the gradual improvement of domestic IOT industry environment, the three operators speed up the IOT layout on service, platform and network. But they also face many challenges such as core competencies, application development and industrial cooperation, etc. It sums up the foreign operators M2M practice and analyzes domestic operators M2M development challenges, finally gives development proposals suitable for telecommunication enterprises.
