摘　　要：2010年5月,甘肃省发布了《关于加快甘肃戏剧大省建设的若干意见》,决定将戏剧作为全省文化建设的着力点和促进文化发展繁荣的突破口,以"西部领先、全国一流"为总目标,建设"戏剧大省"。在全球化语境中,在光影角逐的时代背景下,从历时与共时的角度考察,甘肃戏剧只有立足本土民众需求和地域特色文化,在内容打造及传播方式上推陈出新,与时俱进地转向产业化,追求艺术性与娱乐性的平衡、公益性和经济效益的共赢,才能再创甘肃戏剧的辉煌,实现建设戏剧大省的宏伟目标。Gansu Province issued ＂Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Drama in Gansu Province＂in May 2010,deciding to play the key points in the province＇s drama construction and promote cultural development and prosperity.And the overall objective is to build a ＂drama province＂with the goal of＂leading in west,first-class in nation＂.In the context of globalization and the new era,from the diachronic and synchronic view,Gansu drama industry should be based on the local needs and regional features,keep pace with the times to turn industrialization in establishing content,the way of spreading and pursuit the balance of artistry and entertainment,and the win-win of public welfare and economic benefits.Only in this way,Gansu drama be can creative and make its own brilliance in order to achieve the magnificent aim of constructing dramatic province.
