摘　　要：研究证实高血压前期与胰岛素抵抗之间密切相关,高血压前期常伴有胰岛素抵抗,表现为代谢综合征和其他胰岛素抵抗指标升高,且常伴随与胰岛素抵抗相关的其他代谢异常。同样,胰岛素抵抗个体比胰岛素敏感性正常的个体面临更大的血压升高风险,故需对高血压前期患者或胰岛素抵抗个体加强监测和治疗干预以预防心血管事件的发生。现重点介绍高血压前期与胰岛素抵抗的相互关系及可能的作用机制。Many studies have proved that there is a big relationship between prehypertension and insulin resistance（ IR）. Prehypertension is usually accompanied with insulin resistance and other related metabolic disorders,manifesting as metabolic syndrome and other rising indexes of insulin resistance. Likewise,insulin resistant individuals face a greater risk to be prehypertensive persons than insulin sensitive ones. Consequently,it is essential to strenthen the surveillance and intervention of prehypertensive or insulin resistant patients so as to prevent the occurence of cardiovascular events. The text is focused on their relationship and possible mechanisms.
