摘　　要：为了应对不断变化的生产需求和越来越具有挑战性的工件材料,切削刀具技术正在快速发展。聚晶立方氮化硼PCBN刀具在先进切削加工中的应用正在日益增加,所占的份额也在不断扩大。本文着重介绍CBN刀具的应用特点,从实际加工应用入手,结合实际零件展开加工应用讨论,并且讨论PCBN刀具加工不同材料时候的选型,参数选择以及冷却液的结合等。In order to face the changing production requirements and more and more challenging materials of the com- ponents, the technology of the cutting tools are developing quickly. More and more PCBN cutting tools are used in manufac- turing, and its share of the market expands so fast. It introduces the the feature of PCBN tools, and focus on the applica- tions. Analyze the type of insert, cutting data, and with/without coolant when machining different materials according to the real components＇ application.
