“肺肠同治”在骨创伤后ARDS患者呼吸与肠屏障功能障碍中的应用及疗效评价

摘　　要：目的观察"肺肠同治"干预治疗骨创伤后急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者呼吸与肠屏障功能的作用。方法 60例ARDS患者随机分为对照组和中药组,各30例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,中药组在对照组基础上加用通腑净化汤。观察治疗前和治疗后第3、7日两组呼吸和肠屏障功能相关指标改善情况。结果治疗后中药组患者呼吸功能和肠屏障功能改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后中药组炎性指标改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后中药组呼吸次数、影像学、大便难等临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通腑净化汤能有效改善骨创伤后ARDS患者呼吸与肠屏障功能障碍,调控炎性反应,提高临床疗效。Objective： To observe the effect of using lung and intestine concurrent therapy in treating ARDS patients with respiratory and intestinal barrier dysfunction.Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into control group and Chinese medicine group.Patients in control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment.Those in Chinese medicine group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment and Tongfu Jinghua Tang.Then the improvement of respiratory and intestinal barrier dysfunction was observed in the 3rd and 7th day after treatment.Results： Compared with control group,the respiratory function and intestinal barrier function of ARDS patients in Chinese medicine group were improved significantly in 7th day after treatment（P〈0.05）.There were also significant differences in respiratory rate,iconography and stool number between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Tongfu Jinghua Tang combined with conventional western medicine treatment could effectively improve the respiratory and intestinal barrier dysfunction,regulate the inflammatory response and improve the clinical curative effect in treating bone trauma patients with ARDS.
