摘　　要：目的观察泽漆化痰方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)肺痰浊阻肺证的临床疗效及对气道黏液高分泌的影响。方法将177例COPD痰浊阻肺证患者随机分为治疗组95例,对照组82例,对照组给予西医基础治疗+沐舒坦片,治疗组给予西医基础治疗+泽漆化痰方药物治疗,两组疗程均为14 d。结果治疗组单项症状咳嗽、咯痰、哮鸣疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),喘息症状两组总有效率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组总体疗效及中医证候总积分比较,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.01);两组对于痰色、质、量的影响,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论泽漆化痰方对COPD痰浊阻肺证患者有较好的治疗作用,且对气道黏液分泌(痰色、质、量)有一定的影响,安全性好。Objective： To evaluate the effect of Zeqi Huatan Fang on syndrome of phlegm-turbidity in COPD and the influence on airway mucus hypersecretion.Methods： 177 COPD（syndrome of phlegm-turbidity） patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given Ambroxol tablets.The treatment group was given Zeqi Huatan Fang.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks and followed up every week.Results： There was a significant difference between two groups on cough,expectoration and asthma symptoms（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference between two groups on wheezing symptom（P〉0.05）.In these indicators,including the phlegm cotor,quality,quantity,general symptom efficacy and the total scores of TCM syndrome,the treatment group was superior to the control group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion： It is effective and safety of Zeqi Huatan Fang in COPD with syndrome of phlegm-turbidity.It may have influence on airway mucus hypersecretion.
