膝可保胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察膝可保胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎湿热痹阻证的临床疗效和安全性。方法膝骨性关节炎患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,分别给予湿热痹胶囊和膝可保胶囊治疗,疗程为4周,4周后观察疗效和安全性。结果治疗组总有效率81.25%高于对照组的61.70%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候疗效积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组WOMAC总分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组疼痛及僵硬评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05),但身体功能评分两组差别不大(P>0.05)。两组安全性均较好,无明显不良反应。结论膝可保胶囊治疗湿热痹阻证的膝骨性关节炎安全有效。Objective： to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xikebao Capsule in treating of knee osteoarthritis of wet-hot blocking collateral type.Methods： 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group were used the oral administration of Xikebao Capsule,and the control group were given the Bushen Zhuanggu Pill.Their therapeutic effects were investigated after 4 weeks as one course.Results： The total effective rate,the improvement of the symptoms and signs scores in treatment group significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： It is safe and effective of Xikebao Capsule in the treatment of wet-hot blocking collateral type knee osteoarthritis.
