摘　　要：自中国共产党第十八次全国代表大会以来,结合实现"中国梦"的崭新实践,习近平进一步阐明了"如何看待与评价青年"、"如何培养与发展青年"、"如何开展青年工作"等有关青年工作的基本问题,形成了他的青年观:高度肯定青年在社会历史中的地位与作用,发展了青年的时代价值观;以实现中华民族伟大复兴的"中国梦"为指引,丰富了青年的全面发展观;加强与改进共青团工作,完善了青年的工作观。习近平青年观具有重要的现实启示:中国共产党必须始终关注青年,全面认识青年,肯定青年作用;中国共产党必须始终关心青年,引导青年成长,促进青年发展;中国共产党必须始终关爱青年,坚持青年为本,服务青年实际。Youth means vitality,represents future.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,combining the practice of realizing ＂ Chinese Dream＂.Xi Jinping answers the basic problem of ＂ how to treat and evaluate the youth＂, ＂ how to cultivate and develop the youth＂ and ＂ how to carry out the youth work＂,further,forming his view of youth.He affirms the place and role of youth in the society highly,developing the view of youth value;he is guided by realizing ＂ Chinese Dream＂ enriching the view of youth comprehensive development.He strengthens and improves the work of the Communist Youth League,perfecting the view of youth work.It develops and enriches the treasure house of Marx theory and has the important reality enlightenment：The Communist Party of China must always focus on youth,understand them comprehensively and affirm them,always care for youth,guide them and develop them;always love youth,adhere to the youth oriented and service them.
