大山区梯田钉螺感染血吸虫因素的定量研究

摘　　要：本文报告云南省巍山县高山地区影响阳性钉螺感染的危险因素调查结果。按病例一对照研究方法,63块有阳性钉螺的梯田为观察对象,126块有钉螺而无阳性钉螺的梯田为对照,收集29个有关因素,用 logistic 多元回归模型,在 IBM PC/XT 微机上运行分析,结果得出6个与梯田钉螺感染血吸虫幼虫有关的重要危险因素,即梯田位置、钉螺密度、户主家中的阳性牛数、户主家中的阳性猪数、户主家中的犬数和梯田距上方灌溉沟渠的距离。分析结果与当地流行病学特征相符。The case—control study was conducted in order to investigate the risk factors for infecting snails by schistosome in a mountainous region of Weishan County,Yunnan Province.Twenty—nine factors were se- lected for the study,Data were obtained from 63 terraced fields of the schistosome—infected snails and 126 control samples from the neighbouring terraced fields where the Oncomelania snails existed but no schistosome —infected snails was found. Analysing by conditional logistic multi—regression model with IBM PC/XT microcomputer showed the following 6 factors were important for infection of the snails by schlstosome in the terraced fields:the geo- graphical features,the density of Oncomelania snails,the number of positive cows,pigs and dogs in the owner s houses,the distances to irrigation canals.The epidemiological significance of these findings was dis- cussed briefly.
