心理干预对卡波肉瘤患者心理卫生状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预对卡波肉瘤患者心理卫生状况的影响。方法选取2010年1月-2013年12月在广州市东升医院门诊就诊的卡波肉瘤患者30例,采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）对其进行问卷测评、心理干预,并检测心理干预前后外周血CD4＋T细胞计数。结果 30例卡波肉瘤患者存在不同程度的心理卫生问题,心理干预前后SCL-90、SDS、SAS评分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;心理干预后外周血CD4＋T细胞计数明显提高,与干预前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对卡波肉瘤患者进行心理干预可以改善患者的心理卫生状况,配合适当的临床治疗,可提高疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on the mental health status of patients with Kaposi sarcoma. Methods A list of 90 symptoms（SCL-90）,SDS,SAS were used in 30 patients with Kaposi sarcoma in Dongsheng hospital of Guangzhou city from January 2010 to December 2013,questionnaire survey and psychological intervention were carried out,and peripheral blood CD4＋T cell number was detected. Results 30 patients with Kaposi sarcoma existed in varying degree of mental health problems,score of SCL-90,SDS,SAS before and after psychological intervention was compared respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.CD4＋T cell number after psychological intervention was significantly higher than that before psychological intervention,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological intervention applied in patients with Kaposi sarcoma can improve mental health status of patients,coordinate with clinical treatment and can improve efficacy.
