腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石的临床效果。方法选择2012年12月-2014年12月本院收治的胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用开腹胆囊切除术,观察组实施腹腔镜联合胆道镜手术。观察两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后下床活动时间、术后住院时间和并发症发生率。结果两组的手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组的术中出血量少于对照组,术后下床活动时间、术后住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石的临床效果显著,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscope combined with choledochoscope in the treatment of gallbladder polyps complicated with gallbladder stone. Methods 80 cases with gallbladder polyps complicated with gallbladder stone from December 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The open cholecystectomy was used in control group,laparoscope combined with choledochoscope operation were applied in observation group.The operation time,the amount of bleeding during operation,the time of postoperative ambulation,the postoperative hospital stay and complication between two groups were observed. Results The operation time between two groups was compared,with no statistical difference（P〉0.05）.The amount of bleeding during operation in observation group was less than that in control group,the time of postoperative ambulation,hospitalization time after operation in observation group was shorter than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference（P〈 0.05）.The incidence rate of complication in observation group was lower than that in control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscope combined with choledochoscope in the treatment of gallbladder polyps complicated with gallbladder stone is significant,is worthy of reference.
