摘　　要：目的建立陈皮四物片中橙皮苷含量为质量指标的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法：以MerckLichrospher RP-C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）为色谱柱,以乙腈-0.3%磷酸溶液（20∶80）为流动相,检测波长为283 nm,柱温为35℃。结果橙皮苷的线性范围为0.80-6.40μg,r=0.9998,平均回收率为97.46%,RSD=1.21%。结论本方法准确,重现性好,简便易行,可有效应用于陈皮四物片的质量控制。Objective To establish a method of hesperidin in Pericarpium citri reticulatae Siwu tablet. Methods A Merck-Lichrospher RP-C18column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile∶0.3% phosphoric acid（20∶80）,at the detection wavelength of 283 nm.Column temperature was 35℃. Results The linear range of hesperidin was 0.80-6.40 μg,r=0.9998.The average recovery of hesperidin was 97.46%,with RSD of 1.21%. Conclusion This method is accurate,reproducible,simple and can be effectively used in quality control of Pericarpium citri reticulatae Siwu tablet.
